The Rhythm Kings have solidified into a crowd pleasing quartet
featuring Tom Stamper on Drums (a veteran of over twenty years
as a king), Mark Cunningham on Bass (he's survived over 10 years),
the newest king, Gary Halliburton, on keys (he's only been with
the guys 3 years) and David Pinsky on vocals, harp, and guitar.
David Pinsky started the Rhythm Kings in 1988 and has shared
the stage with BB King, Bo Diddley, Elvin Bishop, Junior Walker,
Otis Clay, Leon Russell, Tower of Power and many other notables.
March 2008 Pinsky released his disk, "Jump Everybody" and
after a year's worth of writing recording and arranging, this
disk marked another chapter for his Rhythm Kings. Great solo
performances and the addition of old and new Kings to the mix
has given it national and international attention. The Kings
bring a mix of original and traditional blues to their shows
taking you back to the clubs of Chicago and the juke joints of
the Delta.
